Ingredients
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- slices bacon: 3 piece
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- collard greens: 1 pound (cut into 2-inch pieces, fresh)
- chicken broth: 3 cups
- salt: 1 tsp
- pepper: 1 tsp
- pinch red pepper flakes: 1 piece
