This tart and fizzy version of the Moscow Mule uses ginger-flavored kombucha instead of ginger beer for a less sweet alternative.
Ingredients
- ½ cups ice: 1 piece
- lime juice: 0.5 fl oz (freshly squeezed)
- fluid ounces vodka: 2 piece
- ounces ginger-flavored Kombucha (such as KeVita®Master Brew Ginger): 4 piece
- thin lime slice: 1 piece (optional)

Fill a copper mule mug with ice. Add lime juice and vodka; stir to combine. Top with ginger kombucha. Lightly stir again and garnish with lime slice.
