This mini meatloaf recipe is quick and easy to make. It's a family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a tangy flavor.

Ingredients

  • cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • milk: 0.75 cup
  • quick cooking oats: 0.5 cup
  • egg: 1 piece
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • ground beef: 1 pound
  • ketchup: 0.66667 cup
  • packed brown sugar: 0.25 cup
  • ½ teaspoons prepared mustard: 1 piece

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Stir together cheese, milk, oats, egg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in ground beef until well combined. Form mixture into 8 mini meatloaves; place in the prepared baking dish.
