If you like lamingtons, but don’t have enough time to cook them, then this recipe is right what you need! Cooking the dessert is a real pleasure and it can be a great addition for your festive table!

Ingredients

  • banana : 2 piece
  • dark chocolate 75% : 100 g
  • shredded coconut : 1 pack

  1. Take a saucepan and pour water in it. Put the saucepan on high heat.

  2. Chop the chocolate and put the pieces into a bowl. Place the bowl on the saucepan and melt the chocolate on a water bath.

  3. As soon as the chocolate melts, remove the bowl and the saucepan from the heat.

  4. Put shredded coconut into another bowl.

  5. Cut the banana into pieces and dip it carefully into the melted chocolate.

  6. Then roll each piece in the shredded coconut.

  7. Insert a stick inside each banana piece.

  8. Put all the banana pieces on a plate and place it into the fridge.
