These oat-banana muffins are one of the healthy oatmeal recipes, they great for breakfast even in case of weight loss diet. It completely consist of healthy products, and they are prepared a little longer than the kettle boils. And you don't even have to turn on the mixer and the oven!

Ingredients

  • oat flour : 50 g
  • cocoa powder : 1 tsp
  • baking powder : 0.5 tsp
  • banana : 1 piece
  • egg : 1 piece
  • oil : 1 Tbsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Mix in a bowl oat flour, baking powder and cocoa. Set aside.

  3. Mash banana with fork.

  4. Add egg and oil to banana, mix with fork.

  5. Combine dry and liquid parts, mix well with a fork.

  6. Transfer the mixture to the cups, filling them in half the volume.

  7. Put the cups in the microwave. Cook at 600 W for 4 minutes. Get cups out of the microwave, put muffins on a plate.
