These oreo cheesecake bars are simply irresistible for everyone loving cookies and cream. They are surprisingly easy to make and are the perfect treat for lots of people.

Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray:
  • (19.1-ounce) package chocolate sandwich cookies with white filling (such as Oreos®): 1 piece (divided)
  • salted butter: 0.25 cup
  • (8-ounce) packages cream cheese: 3 piece (softened)
  • sugar: 1 cup
  • sour cream: 0.75 cup
  • eggs: 3 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
