- green onions: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- lemon: 1 piece (juiced)
- rice wine vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- honey: 1 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard: 1 tsp
- ground ginger: 1 tsp
- fillets red snapper: 2 piece (4 ounce)
