This is probably the best baked bean recipe that I have come across. Three kinds of beans are baked with ground round and bacon. I use a 5 quart casserole dish.
Ingredients
- bacon: 1 pound (sliced)
- ½ pounds ground round: 1 piece
- baked beans with pork: 1 can (15 ounce can)
- white beans: 1 can (15.5 ounce can, drained)
- butter beans: 1 can (15.5 ounce can, drained)
- packed dark brown sugar: 1 cup
- barbeque sauce: 1 cup
- dry onion soup mix: 1 envelope (1 ounce envelope)
