This is a decadent lobster bisque that is surprisingly easy to prepare. Your guests will be impressed and feel pampered. Serve this delicious soup with hot, buttered bread.
Ingredients
- butter: 3 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- onion: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- celery: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- carrot: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- chicken broth: 1 can (14.5 ounce can)
- salt: 0.125 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.125 tsp
- ½ cups half-and-half: 1 piece
- dry white wine: 0.5 cup
- lump lobster meat: 0.5 pound (cooked)
