These moist muffins are packed with delicious pumpkin flavor with plenty of spice to make you drool while they cook. My kids love these!
Ingredients
- cooking spray:
- pumpkin puree: 1 can (15 ounce can)
- butter: 0.75 cup (melted)
- brown sugar: 0.75 cup
- water: 0.25 cup
- eggs: 2 piece
- vanilla extract: 1 tsp
- ¾ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- white sugar: 0.5 cup
- pumpkin pie spice: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- baking soda: 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- baking powder: 0.25 tsp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 14 muffin cups or line with paper liners sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix pumpkin puree, butter, brown sugar, water, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl.

Mix flour, white sugar, pumpkin spice, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and baking powder together in a separate bowl. Pour into pumpkin mixture and mix until fully incorporated.

Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 3/4 full.
