This pizza crust recipe was given to me by a friend. It is quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients

  • active dry yeast: 1 pack (.25 ounce pack)
  • warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C): 1 cup
  • bread flour: 2 cups (plus more for dusting)
  • olive oil: 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar: 2 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a small bowl. Let stand until creamy, about 5 minutes.
