Everyone loves pizza and there are no doubts about that. There are versatile recipes of the dish and one of them is provided here. The recipe is easy to cook and very delicious. It will be a perfect treat for your guests and family members, who are crazy about this dish!

  • milk: 1 cup (for the dough)
  • dry yeast: 20 g (for the dough)
  • olive oil: 4 Tbsp (for the dough)
  • salt: 1 pinch (for the dough)
  • tomatoes: 1 piece (big)
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • champignons: 5 piece (canned)
  • ham: 200 g (can be replaced with sausage)
  • sweet pepper: 1 piece
  • ketchup: 2 tsp (spicy)
  • parmesan: 100 g (grated)
  • black olives: 7 piece (décor elements)

Prepare the ingredients for the dough

Warm up the milk and dissolve yeast in it. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and leave in the warm place for 30-40 minutes.

Sift the flour, add olive oil and salt. Mix everything well. Then add the sponge dough you have cooked in the previous step. Knead the dough. Make a round ball, wrap it into food wrap and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the topping. Cut the tomato and black olives into circles, slice champignons and garlic.

Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and cut it into 6 slices. Then cut the slices into several parts. Cut ham (or sausage) into circles and them chop them.

These ingredients are enough to cook 2 pizzas around 28 cm in diameter each, but you can cook one large pizza if you have a big baking pan. Roll out the dough, oil the baking pan and put the dough on it. Spread the dough with your fingers, making thin and low borders.

Then put garlic, champignons and dredge your pizza with 30 g of grated parmesan.

Dredge pizza with the rest of grated parmesan and decorate with the circles of black olives. Bake in the pre-heated to 180 C (356 F) oven for about 25 minutes. As soon as the cheese becomes golden, take it out from the oven. Cover the pizza with a towel and wait until it cools down. Such pizza is very tasty and juicy. Cut it into pieces and enjoy!
