This sauce is perfect for any seafood dish. Excellent for shrimp po' boys. Serve with fried shrimp on a toasted hoagie roll with shredded lettuce and tomato.

Ingredients

  • mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • Creole or spicy brown mustard: 3 Tbsp
  • ketchup: 2 Tbsp
  • fresh chives: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (minced)
  • garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
  • Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 tsp
  • lemon juice: 0.125 tsp (freshly squeezed)
  • ground paprika: 0.125 tsp
  • pinch cayenne pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
  • salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
