This sauce is perfect for any seafood dish. Excellent for shrimp po' boys. Serve with fried shrimp on a toasted hoagie roll with shredded lettuce and tomato.

- mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- Creole or spicy brown mustard: 3 Tbsp
- ketchup: 2 Tbsp
- fresh chives: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (minced)
- garlic: 1 tsp (minced)
- Worcestershire sauce: 0.5 tsp
- lemon juice: 0.125 tsp (freshly squeezed)
- ground paprika: 0.125 tsp
- pinch cayenne pepper: 1 piece (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
