Pork chop with grapes is a recipe that belongs to the Italian cuisine, but is cooked across the globe these days. The dish is simple, but very exquisite and unusual. Now, it is high time for you to learn the recipe as well!
Ingredients
- pork: 300 g
- grapes: 100 g
- white dry wine: 100 ml
- oil: 2 Tbsp
- caperberries: 15 g
- onion: 0.5 piece
- flour: 1 Tbsp
- Juniper berries: 5 piece
- bay leaf: 1 piece
- rosemary: 1 piece
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch

Cut the pork into pieces and dredge them with flour, having put them into a plastic bag for a better result.

Chop and fry the onion on olive oil.

Add bay leaf, rosemary and fry with meat on medium fire.

Mash Juniper berries and add to the meat with caperberries. Pour the meat with white dry wine and wait until it evaporates to 2/3 on strong fire. Add salt, black pepper and grapes. Reduce the fire to the minimum, cover the frying pan with the lead and stew for half an hour.

Do not forget to stir the meat from time to time. As soon as it is ready, take the bay leaves and rosemary away from the sauce. Serve the dish with warm sauce! Enjoy!
