Ingredients

  • white chocolate: 1 pound
  • butter: 1 cup
  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • eggs: 4 piece
  • ½ teaspoons vanilla extract: 1 piece
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • raspberry jam: 0.25 cup
  • almonds: 0.5 cup (sliced)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  2. Combine chocolate and butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in a microwave oven on high power in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until chocolate is completely melted and blended with butter, 2 to 3 minutes.
