You can be sure that it is tasty, it is really very, very tasty! Pumpkin, potato and chicken are a great combination! The dish is incredibly harmonious in its composition.

- chicken breasts: 300 g
 - potato: 400 g
 - pumpkin: 200 g
 - onion: 100 g
 - oil: 4 Tbsp (for frying)
 - salt: 1 tsp
 - black pepper: 1 pinch
 - parsley: 1 bunch

Chop chicken breast, put on a frying pan heated with a small amount of oil, and fry until ready. Add salt and pepper. Then remove on a plate.

Add oil on a frying pan, heat well and put the potatoes, cut into large slices. There should be quite a lot oil, and the pan should be quite big. Fry about 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.

Add the pumpkin, also cut into slices, and the onion cut into half rings. Stir, fry for another 10-15 minutes, until potatoes and pumpkin are fully cooked. Add salt and pepper.

At the end of cooking, add the chopped parsley and return the fried chicken to the pan.

Stir and fry for 1-2 minutes. Done! You can serve!
