Today we share with you a very simple, tasty and healthy salmon recipe, which is very often prepared in Italian families.

- salmon: 300 g
- pasta: 250 g
- garlic: 1 clove
- spinach: 100 g
- butter: 30 g
- cream: 250 g (15% fat)
- parmesan: 50 g
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- salt: 0.5 tsp

Prepare all ingredients.

Remove the bones and the skin from the fish, cut into pieces.

Peel a clove of garlic and chop or skip through a press. Put the pan on the fire, put in the oil and garlic, quickly fry. Important! You can't overheat the oil to brown, so everything must be done quickly. Then put the fish into the pan and fry for 5 minutes.

Add spinach. Fresh spinach boils down very quickly, so don't be afraid that there is a lot of it. Stew spinach with fish for about 2 minutes.

Then pour the cream and simmer for another 5 minutes. Grate Parmesan and put 30 grams into the sauce, stir. Leave the rest to sprinkle the finished dish. After that, salt and pepper sauce to taste.

Prepare pasta in accordance with the instructions on the package.

In a deep saucepan combine hot pasta and sauce, stir. Close the lid and leave for 2 minutes.

Pasta with salmon and spinach is ready! Arrange on plates and serve with grated Parmesan.
