- gallons cold water: 2 piece
- ounces Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce: 10 piece
- kosher salt: 0.5 cup
- white sugar: 0.5 cup
- sage: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- celery seed: 2 Tbsp (dried)
- thyme: 1 Tbsp (dried)
