Quick and easy scallop ceviche, just dice and mix!

Ingredients

  • scallops: 0.5 pound (diced, fresh)
  • clementines - peeled, segmented, and: 2 piece (diced)
  • Roma tomato: 1 piece (diced)
  • red onion: 0.5 piece
  • scallions: 2 piece (sliced)
  • lemon: 0.5 piece (juiced)
  • lime: 0.5 piece (juiced)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (minced)
  • cilantro: 1 Tbsp (to taste, chopped, optional)
  • olive oil: 0.5 tsp
  • sea salt: (to taste)
