Spaghetti Ubriachi (or drunken spaghetti as they are also called) is a dish that is very easy to cook. It comes with rich aroma and peculiar taste that won’t leave you indifferent. Use dry red wine such as Merlot, Barbera, Chianti or Kaberne to make the taste of the dish even more remarkable.

- leek: 1 piece
- spaghetti: 250 g
- red wine: 1 cup
- parmesan: 50 g (grated)
- butter: 30 g
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- nutmeg: 0.25 tsp

Slice the white part of the leek and grate parmesan.

Take a medium-sized frying pan and melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the leek, sauté for about 5-7 minutes.

Then, add red wine, salt, pepper and nutmeg, cook for about 5 more minutes. Blend the sauce to make it smooth and dense.

Cook spaghetti according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
