A very simple and easy to cook healthy potato recipe in the microwave oven. It takes 20 minutes only to cook the dish, but its taste and aroma won’t leave you indifferent, especially if you are a vegetarian!
- potato : 4 piece (large)
- garlic : 2 piece
- oil : 2 Tbsp
- curry : 0.5 tsp
- sweet pepper : 0.5 tsp
- salt : 0.5 tsp
- black pepper : 1 pinch
Stages of cooking
Take a deep glass pot or a special form for a microwave oven. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. Pour with olive oil.
Dredge the potatoes with curry and sweet pepper. You can add any other spices you like. This will not spoil the taste of the dish, but will make it unique.
Mix the potatoes with the spices, cover with the lid and place into the microwave oven for the maximum mode for about 10-15 minutes.
As soon as the time is over, take the potatoes from the microwave oven, add salt, chopped garlic and cover with the lid again. Then place it back into the microwave oven for about 2 minutes.
Serve the spicy golden potato hot as a main dish or a side-dish. Enjoy!
