I recently saw a cobbler recipe with cream cheese and strawberries online, and this is my version. It is awesome!

Ingredients

  • butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
  • milk: 1 cup
  • all-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • white sugar: 1 cup
  • baking powder: 2 tsp
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • strawberry halves: 2 cups (fresh)
  • cream cheese: 1 pack (4 ounce pack, cut into small pieces)

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Pour melted butter into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.

  3. Mix milk, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a small bowl; pour over butter in the baking dish. Arrange strawberry halves in a layer in the baking dish. Dot strawberries with cream cheese pieces.
