Ingredients
- strawberries, stemmed: 18 piece (fresh)
- bunch fresh mint leaves: 1 piece
- lemon juice: 2 cups (freshly squeezed)
- water: 6 cups (divided, or more if needed)
- white sugar: 0.25 cup
- fresh ginger root: 2 Tbsp (to taste, minced)

Place strawberries, mint, lemon juice, 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger into an electric blender and blend well.

Pour into a pitcher, add 5 cups water, and stir well. Refrigerate or serve immediately over crushed ice.
