Ingredients

  • strawberries, stemmed: 18 piece (fresh)
  • bunch fresh mint leaves: 1 piece
  • lemon juice: 2 cups (freshly squeezed)
  • water: 6 cups (divided, or more if needed)
  • white sugar: 0.25 cup
  • fresh ginger root: 2 Tbsp (to taste, minced)

  1. Place strawberries, mint, lemon juice, 1 cup water, sugar, and ginger into an electric blender and blend well.
