- egg: 1 piece
- cornstarch: 1 Tbsp
- maple syrup: 1 Tbsp
- Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze Almondmilk: 1 cup
- prepared tart shell: 1 piece
- fresh strawberries: 0.5 cup (sliced)
- raspberries: 0.5 cup (fresh)
- blueberries: 0.5 cup (fresh)
- blackberries: 0.5 cup (fresh)

To make custard whisk egg, corn starch and maple syrup together in a pan. Slowly whisk in almond milk over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking continuously, remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
