- sweet rice wine (mirin): 2 Tbsp
- honey: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove (grated)
- sesame oil: 1 tsp (to taste)
- freshly grated ginger: 1 tsp
- canola oil: 1 Tbsp
- skinless, boneless chicken thighs: 2 pound (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds: 1 piece
- thinly bias-sliced green onions: 3 Tbsp
- rice: 6 cups (cooked)
