Best made with garden-fresh tomatoes or ripe heirloom tomatoes—sometimes I chop the tomatoes, sometimes I slice them. Use crusty bread for best results, as it is sturdy enough to hold the tomato.

- mayonnaise: 1 Tbsp
- lime juice: 0.75 tsp
- sriracha sauce: 0.5 tsp
- slices bread: 2 piece
- heirloom tomato, chopped or: 1 piece (sliced)
- everything bagel seasoning: 2 tsp (to taste)
