  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • onion: 1 piece (sliced)
  • garlic cloves: 2 piece (minced)
  • bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
  • carrots: 2 piece (sliced)
  • zucchini: 1 piece (sliced)
  • broccoli florets: 200 g
  • mushrooms: 200 g (sliced)
  • soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • ginger: 1 Tbsp (grated)
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)

  1. In a large wok or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
