Ingredients
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- garlic cloves: 2 piece (minced)
- bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
- carrots: 2 piece (sliced)
- zucchini: 1 piece (sliced)
- broccoli florets: 200 g
- mushrooms: 200 g (sliced)
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- ginger: 1 Tbsp (grated)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)

In a large wok or pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic, cooking until they begin to soften.

Add the bell pepper, carrots, and zucchini, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
