The recipe of this vegetable stir-fry came to us from the Middle East. The stir-dry cooking technique implies quick frying of the products on the heated oil in the deep frying pan. The person, who is responsible for cooking the dish, should stir the ingredients all the time until they are ready. The dish contains healthy ingredients, which will especially appeal to vegetarians. Ingredients
- tofu: 200 g
- broccoli: 200 g
- sweet red pepper: 0.5 piece
- oil: 50 ml
- soy sauce: 50 ml
- ginger: 10 g
- garlic: 2 clove
- chili pepper: 1 piece
- cashew: 30 g
- fish sauce: 20 ml (can be replaced with oyster sauce)

Chop garlic, ginger and chili pepper

Cut the broccoli into florets and slice the sweet pepper into thin strips

Dry the tofu with paper towels and cut it into cubes

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry chili pepper, ginger and garlic in a quick manner

Add tofu and fry it until it becomes golden. Do not forget to stir the dish

Add broccoli and sweet pepper, stir the dish once again. Pour soy sauce and fry for about one minute.

Fry the cashew in a separate frying pan and add the nuts to the mixture of tofu and vegetables
