  • tofu: 200 g
  • broccoli: 200 g
  • sweet red pepper: 0.5 piece
  • oil: 50 ml
  • soy sauce: 50 ml

  • chili pepper: 1 piece
  • cashew: 30 g
  • fish sauce: 20 ml (can be replaced with oyster sauce)

  1. Chop garlic, ginger and chili pepper
