 
Fantastic and healthy waffles with pumpkin for your loved ones!
Ingredients
- pumpkin: 200 g
- olive oil: 40 ml
- brown sugar: 50 g
- sea salt: 1 g
- flour: 150 g
- egg: 3 piece
- butter: 60 g
- sugar powder: 50 g
- milk: 250 ml
- baking powder: 7 g
- cardamom pods: 3 piece

Stages of cooking
- 
                                        Chop the pumpkin, cover it with hot water and boil until it is done. Drain the water and blend the pumpkin into the puree.   
- 
                                        Mix flour with baking powder and salt   
- 
                                        Whisk eggs with sugar, adding milk until the sugar dissolves   
- 
                                        Pour flour and continue whisking to get batter   
- 
                                        Squash cardamom pods with the flat side of the knife, take away the seeds and add them to the batter   
- 
                                        6. Melt the butter and add it to the batter. Then add pumpkin puree and mix everything properly   
- 
                                        7. Heat the waffle iron, spread some olive oil and bake the waffles   
- 
                                        8. Pour powdered sugar onto the waffles. Enjoy your dessert!
