Have you ever heard anything about zucchini spaghetti? Or, maybe, you have even tasted them somewhere? If not, then do not overlook an opportunity to cook them right away and enjoy this simple, but healthy and very delicious and appealing dish!
Ingredients
- zucchini: 2 piece
- tomatoes: 1 piece
- garlic: 2 clove
- oil: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- spices: 0.5 tsp

Peel the vegetables using special vegetable peeler as it is shown on the photo. If you don’t have this device at hand, you can use a fine grater to get vegetable spaghetti.

Pour the tomato with hot boiling water and then place it into cold water for a few minutes. Peel the vegetable and press or chop the garlic.

Fry the garlic on oil, add the tomatoes and stew until they are ready, stirring the vegetables from time to time. If you like meat dishes, you can add chicken fillet right now, but the dish will taste great without it as well!

Add zucchini spaghetti and fry on a bit of oil, stirring the dish carefully not to spoil the vegetables and preserve their original shape. You will need about 3-5 minutes to cook the dish. Add salt, black pepper and spices. The zucchini should be “al dente” in the result. Serve the dish warm and enjoy its fantastic taste!
