This Greek salad dressing is the "secret recipe" from the pizzeria that I work at. This is the best dressing I have ever tasted, people offer to buy it constantly, but if we sold it we wouldn't be able to make enough to use in the restaurant! The recipe makes almost a gallon but can be scaled down easily.
Ingredients
- ½ quarts olive oil: 1 piece
- garlic powder: 0.33333 cup
- oregano: 0.33333 cup (dried)
- basil: 0.33333 cup (dried)
- ground black pepper: 0.25 cup
- salt: 0.25 cup
- onion powder: 0.25 cup
- Dijon-style mustard: 0.25 cup
- quarts red wine vinegar: 2 piece
