Chicken fajitas in the air fryer don't get any better than this recipe. The chicken stays nice and moist, while the vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve with toppings of your choice, such as salsa, sliced avocado, and cheese.
Ingredients
- medium red bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into thin strips)
- medium green bell pepper: 1 piece (cut into thin strips)
- onion, sliced into petals: 1 piece
- olive oil: 3 tsp (divided)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- chicken tenders: 1 pound (cut into strips)
- fajita seasoning: 2 tsp
- flour tortillas, warmed: 8 piece (6 inch)

Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place bell peppers and onion into a large bowl. Drizzle 2 teaspoons olive oil over top and season with salt and pepper. Stir until evenly combined.

Place chicken into a separate bowl and sprinkle with fajita seasoning. Drizzle with remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix with your hands until evenly combined.

Add chicken to the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Transfer to a plate to let rest.
