Ingredients
- ½ gallons water: 1 piece
- quart apple cider: 1 piece
- brown sugar: 2 cups
- oranges: 2 piece (sliced)
- ½ cups salt: 1 piece
- celery leaves and diced celery stalk from the inside of a bunch: 0.75 cup
- rosemary: 3 Tbsp (dried)
- garlic: 6 clove (minced)
- bay leaves: 6 piece
- thyme: 1 Tbsp (dried)

Stir water, apple cider, brown sugar, orange slices, salt, celery, rosemary, garlic, bay leaves, and thyme together in a stock pot; bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Cool brine completely before using to brine turkey.
