- bone-in turkey breast: 1 piece (6 pound)
- dry onion soup mix: 1 envelope (1 ounce envelope)

Rinse turkey breast and pat dry. Cut off any excess skin, but leave the skin covering the breast. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Rub onion soup mix all over outside of the turkey and under the skin. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

Place in a slow cooker. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour, then set to Low, and cook for 7 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
