Autumn is the season of delicious and healthy fruit and vegetables. Apples are especially tasty in autumn and there are so many dishes you can cook out of them. The recipe of apple and kiwi jam will become one of your favorite! Just try cooking it and you won’t regret that!
Ingredients
- kiwi: 3 piece
- apple: 5 piece
- sugar: 500 g
- water: 0.5 cup
- lemon: 1 piece (for the juice)

Prepare the fruit and make sure they are fresh and ripe.

Peel kiwi and apples, remove the seeds if any. Chop the fruit then. Squeeze lemon juice, sprinkle it on the fruit to prevent apples from darkening.

Put the fruit into a pot, add sugar and water. Leave for one hour.

Place the pot on fire and wait until the water boils. Reduce the fire to the minimum and keep boiling on small fire for about 30-40 minutes. Then turn the fire off. As soon as the jam cools down, boil it once again.

Spoon the jam into the glass jars you should prepare in advance and serve the dessert when you wish! Keep the jars in the fridge. Bon appétit!
