We suggest you to prepare one of the healthy apple recipes - an unusually tasty and fragrant (due to the spices that are so in harmony with apple baking) the apple cake. Cooking will require very little time and effort.

- butter: 120 g
- brown sugar: 80 g
- cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
- clove: 0.25 tsp (ground)
- egg: 3 piece
- sugar: 100 g
- wheat flour: 250 g
- baking powder: 9 g

Melt the butter. Take 2 tablespoons of the total amount of oil and in a separate bowl, mix them with brown sugar and spices. Mix well to obtain a mixture similar in consistency to wet sand.

Whisk eggs with sugar for about 8 minutes until fluffy.

Add sieved flour and baking powder in 2 doses, mix gently.

Then pour the remaining butter, mix. The dough is ready.

Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Wash apples, cut them in half, remove the core and cut the flesh into thin slices. Put the baking paper into the baking dish. Pour half the dough into it and flatten.

Arrange a portion of the apples and sprinkle them with half the sugar mixture.

Cove with all the remaining dough. Since the dough is sufficiently dense, it is better to spread it over the entire length of the form with a spoon so that when distributed according to the shape it does not pull the stuffing behind it. Spread the dough evenly with a flat knife or spatula.

From above, gently and firmly insert the slices of apples.

Sprinkle with the second half of sugar mixture.

Bake in the middle of an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Better to monitor the readiness of the cake in your oven.
