                    Ingredients
- peeled Granny Smith apples: 4 cups (sliced)
 - water: 1 Tbsp
 - lemon juice: 1 tsp
 - white sugar: 1 cup
 - all-purpose flour: 0.75 cup
 - ground cinnamon: 0.5 tsp
 - ground nutmeg: 0.25 tsp
 - salt: 0.25 tsp
 - unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (cut into small pieces, cold)
