Bacon and avocado may not sound like a good combination, but don’t knock it till you try it: the salty, crispy bacon and smooth, creamy avocado make the perfect pair.
Ingredients
- large avocados: 2 piece (peeled and pitted)
- no-sugar-added bacon: 8 piece
- garlic salt: 0.5 tsp

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Cut each avocado into 8 equal-sized slices, making 16 slices total.

Cut each piece of bacon in half. Wrap a half slice of bacon around each piece of avocado. Sprinkle with garlic salt.

Place avocado on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Turn oven to broil and continue to cook another 2–3 minutes until bacon becomes crispy.
