A creamy and delicious hummus made with avocado and macadamia nuts, perfect as a dip or spread.
Ingredients
- macadamia nuts: 1.25 cups (soaked, soaked before use)
- large avocado: 1 piece (peeled and pitted)
- garlic: 3 clove
- lime juice: 2 Tbsp
- tahini: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- water: 3 Tbsp (add as needed)

Combine all ingredients, except water, in a food processor and process until combined.
