A creamy and delicious hummus made with avocado and macadamia nuts, perfect as a dip or spread.

Ingredients

  • macadamia nuts: 1.25 cups (soaked, soaked before use)
  • large avocado: 1 piece (peeled and pitted)
  • garlic: 3 clove
  • lime juice: 2 Tbsp
  • tahini: 2 Tbsp
  • olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • water: 3 Tbsp (add as needed)

  1. Combine all ingredients, except water, in a food processor and process until combined.
