Baked Brussels sprouts is a great adding to any trimmings. This recipe of Brussels sprouts is cooked together with ham, so it is rather tasty, interesting and substantial.
Ingredients
- salt: 1 pinch
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- bulb onion: 1 piece (medium)
- ham: 200 g
- brussels sprout: 500 g

Stages of cooking
- 
                                        Slice ham, don\'t make slices too thin or too small, let them be medium.   
- 
                                        Wash and peel bulb onion. Chop.   
- 
                                        Wash Brussels sprouts, cut the tails.   
- 
                                        Take a frying pan, pour in olive oil, throw in ham and chopped onion until it is (onion) golden.   
- 
                                        Now add Brussels sprouts and fry ingredients during 2-3 minutes, no longer.   
- 
                                        Place the pan with ingredients into a pre-heated to 200 C (390F) degrees oven for about 10 minutes.   
-
