Stages of cooking
-
Switch the oven on 190 C (374 F) to heat it well before baking the fish. Take a small pot and mix maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and wine vinegar in it. Warm on small fire for about 3-4 minutes. The syrup should be dense.
-
Pour the sauce you have cooked on the salmon steaks. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the steaks are ready.
-
While the salmon is baking, peel and slice the onion into thin circles.
-
Put the frying pan on small fire, pour oil inside and bake sesame for a few seconds.
-
Add onion and mix it with sesame.
-
Fry on small fire until the onion becomes light brown, stirring it from time to time.
-
As soon as the onion is ready, add salt and chili pepper. Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce and add honey. Mix everything well and stew for a couple of seconds. Serve the salmon with your favorite side dish. Personally, I recommend mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appétit!
