Oven-baked pancakes are a perfect, easy breakfast. I found this recipe a while ago, and I love it.

Ingredients

  • butter: 3 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour: 0.5 cup
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece (beaten)
  • white sugar: 1 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • lemon: 0.25 piece (juiced, optional)
  • confectioners' sugar: 1 Tbsp (to taste, optional)

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
