  • Ritz crackers: 34 piece
  • unsalted butter: 5 Tbsp

  • parsley: 3 piece (for garnish)

  1. Prior to baking the cod, pre-heat the oven to 190 C (350 F) first. Grease a small baking pan with butter or pour oil inside. Rinse off the cod fillets and dry them with paper towels.

  2. Remove pin bones and be very attentive during the process. You can also cut the fillets into pieces. Put the pieces on the bottom of the baking pan and dredge with salt a bit.
