A simple cheese fondue recipe without wine, but with big flavor. Your fondue party won't start hopping until the cheese starts melting. Get busy with this easy, basic Cheddar cheese fondue. It's perfect with pieces of bread or vegetables.

Ingredients

  • milk: 2 cups
  • all-purpose flour: 3 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce: 1 Tbsp
  • ground dry mustard: 2 tsp
  • clove garlic, peeled and: 1 piece (crushed)
  • cheddar cheese: 6 cups (shredded)

  1. Mix together milk, flour, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic in a medium saucepan over low heat. Heat until almost boiling.
