This stew beef recipe is great for almost any garnish. It is soft, aromatic, you don\'t have to add exactly red pepper but it influence the aroma of a dish.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 50 ml
- species: 1 tsp (per taste)
- water: 2 cup (boiled)
- bell pepper: 1 piece (red)
- onion: 2 piece
- beef: 300 g

Stages of cooking

Rinse beef, be sure it is water free and chop.

Peel and slice onion.

Cut pepper, use either fresh or frozen.

Saute onion.

Add pepper and saute during 5 minutes.

Add beef and spices, mix everything.

Stew during 15 minutes, then pour boiled water, mix. Stew 1,5 hour until beef is ideally soft.
