Stages of cooking
-
To start with, we should cook the topping for the pie. Slice the onion in half circles, chop the garlic and cut the chicken fillet.
-
Fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes on medium fire, then add chopped spinach and chicken fillet. Keep frying for 5 minutes.
-
Add mustard and fry for about 5-7 minutes.
-
Roll out the dough and cut 2 large circles, the diameter of which should equal that of your slow cooker.
-
Place one circle of dough on the bottom of the pot of your slow cooker and leave the edges a bit. Add the topping above and dredge with grated cheese.
-
Cover the pie with the second circle of dough and split the edges.
-
Bake in a slow cooker on the “Baking” mode for 30 minutes. Then carefully turn the pie onto another side and keep baking for 15 minutes more.
-
Remove the pie from the pot, let it cool down a bit and serve with sour cream. Enjoy!
