This is a very interesting combination of the beef and quince, thus it means that you will not be indifferent and ought to cook this substantial dish. Very juicy and tasty, great mix of different ingredients!
Ingredients
- oil: 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- spices: 1 tsp (per taste)
- parsley: 0.5 bunch
- carrots: 2 piece (small)
- bulb onion: 1 piece
- dry white wine: 400 ml
- plum: 1 piece (big)
- beef: 500 g
- quince: 1 piece (big)

Wash vegetables, chop bulb onion and grate carrots.

Wash and clean the beef, chop it. Sprinkle salt, lemon juice, black pepper and any other prepared spices. Leave beef for 15 minutes.

Take a frying pan, pour oil, add onion and carrots.

In a separate pan fry beef until golden but still juicy.

Add beef to onion and carrots, they are already cooked till this time.

Pour in wine and stew on a law flame during 30 minutes. Add chopped parsley and salt if you need. Continue stewing during 20 minutes. Beef must become soft.

Take two pots, place in sliced quince.

Spread the beef.

Put again a layer of sliced plum and of sliced quince.

Place the pots in a not pre-heated oven and bake during 20 minutes with 200C (390F) degrees.

Serve the stewed beef with tomato or celery salad and enjoy!
