This Brussels sprout dish easily can be called everyday dish, cause it is simple and you can serve it either a side-dish or a main vegetarian dish. It is tasty and healthy, you\'ll surely like it.
Ingredients
- brussels sprout: 700 g
- champignons: 400 g
- bulb onion: 2 piece
- flour: 2 Tbsp
- garlic: 3 clove
- water: 4 cup
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- black pepper: 2 pinch
- salt: 1 pinch

In a frying pan heat olive oil. Chop bulb onion and throw into the frying pan. Fry on a medium flame until onion is soft, stirring all the time.

Wash mushrooms and slice. Add to the chopped onion and fry together.

Meanwhile, take a pan and pour in water, boil it. Add salt and pepper, add lemon juice.

Wash Brussels sprouts, cut some pieces in half and throw into a boiling water. Boil during 10 minutes and then place in a colander.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mushrooms and fry until all the liquid is evaporated.

Add chopped garlic and continue frying on a medium flame 5-6 minutes.

Add flour to all ingredients.

Immediately after it, add water (2 cups) and steam until it is light thick.

Add Brussels sprouts and steam little more, like 5-6 minutes.
