To make dinner festive cook this beef stew with mushrooms. This is not only beautiful dish but also tasty and aromatic. For this recipe honey mushrooms are used but you can add any other up to your taste.

Ingredients

  • water: 4 cup
  • vegetable oil: 3 Tbsp
  • black pepper: 2 pinch
  • salt: 1 pinch
  • garlic: 2 clove
  • basil: 0.5 tsp (ground)
  • greens: 1 Tbsp
  • tomato paste: 2 Tbsp
  • bulb onion: 2 piece
  • sweet pepper: 2 piece
  • beef: 500 g
  • honey mushrooms: 400 g

  1. Rinse beef and chop, making equal pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper, mix well.

  8. Place onion in a pan and fry during 5 minutes on a medium heat, then add boiled honey mushooms and fry during 10 minutes. At last add sweet pepper and again fry for 5 minutes. Throw ingredients into the pan with beef and stew on law flame during 20 minutes.

  9. Chop parsley and dill as well as garlic.
